● Authorized Users: You may grant access to your account to authorized users. You are responsible for ensuring that all authorized users comply with these Terms.

● Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. ● Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription, you are eligible for a prorated refund for any unused full months remaining on your term.

● Usage-Based Charges: Charges for usage-based services, such as Phone/SMS/Email communication fees, are non-refundable. These are billed based on consumption.

5. Your Data and Content

● Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the data and content you upload, post, or transmit through the Service ("Your Data"). We will not sell, rent, or lease Your Data to any third party.

● License to Allied Digital Growth: You grant Allied Digital Growth a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and improving our platform.

● Data Security: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect Your Data, but we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. You acknowledge that you provide Your Data at your own risk.
